Ultherapy in BGC.
The non-surgical lift that works on the deep layer surgeons tighten. Focused ultrasound rebuilds your own collagen, with no surgery and no downtime.
A lift that starts under the skin
Ultherapy is micro-focused ultrasound. It sends sound energy past the surface to the SMAS, the same deep layer a surgeon tightens in a facelift. It does not cut, and it does not burn the top of your skin. It heats tiny points underneath, and your body answers by building new collagen.
It is the only device of its kind that lets us see that layer first. Real-time ultrasound shows the tissue before we deliver a single pulse, so the energy lands where it should and nowhere it should not. That is the difference between a treatment guided by sight and one done blind.
What Ultherapy is good at
We reach for it when skin has started to loosen but you are not ready for surgery, and you cannot afford downtime.
A softening jawline
Firms a jawline and the early jowls that start to blur it.
Loose skin on the neck
Tightens early sagging under the chin and along the neck.
A heavy brow
Lifts a low or hooded brow and opens up the eyes.
Loss of firmness
Rebuilds the collagen that keeps skin tight and resilient.
Crepey décolletage
Smooths and firms thinning, lined skin on the chest.
Early signs, caught early
A head start on collagen before laxity has a chance to settle.
Three depths, one quiet repair
Most people return to their day straight after. A little redness or warmth can show up, and it fades within hours.
Best for early to moderate laxity
Ultherapy is at its best when laxity is mild to moderate. A softening jawline, a little loose skin on the neck, a brow that has started to drop. It is not a replacement for a surgical facelift when laxity is advanced, and we will tell you honestly if surgery would serve you better.
Because it works with sound and not light, it does not rely on the pigment in your skin. That makes it safe across the range of skin tones, including Filipino skin, without the pigment risk that some lasers carry.
Most people need only one session. Results build over two to three months and peak around six. They tend to last twelve to twenty-four months, and a lighter session keeps them going.
Ultherapy, answered plainly
Does Ultherapy hurt?
You feel heat and a brief prickle as the energy goes in, more so on the deeper passes. We use numbing cream and cooling, and we work at a pace you are comfortable with. Most people find it very manageable.
How long does it take?
Usually thirty to ninety minutes, depending on the areas treated. A full face and neck sits at the longer end.
Ultherapy or HIFU, what is the difference?
Ultherapy is the FDA-cleared device that lets the physician see the layer being treated. Many machines marketed as HIFU cannot. That visibility is what keeps the treatment both safe and precise.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people do well with one. Some choose a second after six to twelve months for more lift, and a lighter session every year or two keeps results going.
When will I see the lift?
A little tightening can show early. The real change builds over two to three months as new collagen forms, and peaks around six.
Which areas can it treat?
The brow, under the chin, the jawline, the neck, and the chest.
